In Premium membership: - Additional telephone number authentication required. If you sign through Google/Facebook you become a premium member and there is no need for OTP verification. - Premium members are allowed access to all the profiles while Basic members are not permitted to view Premium member profiles. - Premium member matches are created by the portal using a matching algorithm. This algorithm is not applied for Basic members. - Basic users have access only to email contact of prospective groom/bride while premium users have access to telephone numbers if the profile owner has provided the same

Once you get the profile accepted eMail, login to find your Matches generated by the web portal. You can click the respective profile link available at the back of the respective matching profile card to view the full profile. You can also navigate to ‘My Searches’ page to filter profiles and go to profile page to view the full profile.

My Matches, My Searches and My Contacts will not be available to view other profiles. However, ‘My Profile’ link will be available to view/edit your profile.
